Joel Troy is an Australian PGA Professional based in Hanoi and the founder of the JT PGA Golf Academy. He has coached for ten years across four countries — Australia, Canada, China and now Vietnam — and won three times on the Vietnam Tour.
His coaching works across junior, elite and adult golf, blending technical instruction with athletic development, mindset and long-term planning. The goal is never a prettier swing for its own sake: it is a repeatable, pressure-resistant swing and a player who knows how to train, not just what to do.
